Asker and the media


TV and radio
Asker has worked with various programme makers and was interviewed in BBC's Fat Nation where he kept track of the fitness of the participants of a lifestyle intervention and weight loss programme.
Asker also featured in BBC Inside Out where he talked about the importance of sport science when top sport athletes prepare. More recently he was involved in a series called The Human Guinea pig where Keith Wilkinson acted as the Human Guinae Pig and Asker uses scientific methods to help him to get fitter and healthier. Asker has also been interviewed on a regular basis by BBC news, Channel 4 news, ITV news, ABC, and NBC and on radio with Radio 5 live, Heart FM, BBC WM, BRMB
